Right now, I'm not impressed with this company. I called them Saturday and it was set up that someone would show up between 1:30 & 2:30. I received a call at 1:51 saying they'd be late and did I want to reschedule. This upsets me because I took time off work when I didn't have to. I asked when they thought they'd be here today, and the guy didn't want to commit to a one hour window. We had mold in our bathroom caused by a leak from our shower, so I went online and found Golden Restore. They arrived promptly and found the source of the leak and explained us the process that is required to get rid of the mold. They dried the floor thoroughly, removed the mold, sealed the leak and brought our bathroom back to normal! Other companies didn't want to do any repairs, but this company did everything!
