I had Matt do a ceiling renovation a couple years ago when I bought my house (FYI impeccable job) and reached out to Matt not long ago asking if he could drywall my basement bathroom (as I need to sell my home) not only do I recognize that Matt is super busy but he always will do whatever he can to make his customers happy. We called Matt to see about drywalling our bathroom. Even though he was very busy, he came by one evening after a full day of work to see what the job involved, quickly gave us a very reasonable quote & told us that he would be happy help us out whenever we were ready - he would do whatever he could to fit us in to his busy schedule.
