Anita is always so helpful and easy to talk to! She goes out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of, and it really makes a difference. The delivery process has always been so quick and simple too. Overall, great service from a company that truly values its customers!
Gone to crap since upg took over. Bought gas and couldn't get it delivered. Had to be home to get it delivered and told them when I would be home. They kept wanting to come in morning. Never got it delivered, had to get refund, now I'm without gas with cold air coming. Never tried to work with me on day or time, had been customer for over 20 years.
We received great customer service from Latisha today in resolving an inquiry we had regarding our account. It is satisfying to know that there are good people out there willing to go the extra mile to ensure their clients are properly taken care of. Thank you!
