One of the best massages I’ve had! Kenton really helps with the stress in my shoulders and upper back and even helps alleviate my tension headaches. I run daily, and he also helps with tightness in my hips and hamstrings. He is easy to book appointments with, which is key with a busy schedule, and the atmosphere of his studio is calm and relaxing. I would highly recommend!!
