This was formally BLue Wave Pools, terrible service. Pool techs, are not knowledgeable on maintaining equipment, an are extremely slow to get someone out to fix problems that arise. Pool never looks clean, they throw chemicals in an never brush them in or vacuum. My Polaris has been broke for 2 mo. Because no one bothers to follow thru on ordered parts. Woke up this a.m. to a totally drained pool, due to someone accidentally shut off the wrong valve. It will cost about 350. In water to refill!!! If you want a clean well main... read more
