The room was clean and lovely. I did find it slightly hot, bc the ac only cooled one side of the room. Other than that, the service was wonderful and polite, and the location was exactly what we wanted since we were visiting peddlers village. Will definitely recommend to friends, and will use again.

Second time here. Came about 7 years ago also. It's clean and up to date. Parts appear to be very new. Was not happy with the power outlets as they were very difficult to connect to. Don't know why but had to fight to plug things in. Strange. The TV was in an awkward place and had to watch basically sitting up in bed. Maybe that was just my room. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was set up strangely. The wife didn't like getting ready to go out in it.

I do not recommend this hotel. When I was booking my room, I was told that we would get “one of our updated rooms.” I assume that is what the website pictures show. We did not get one of those rooms. (I’m starting to think they may only have one updated room so that they could put a nice picture on the website. Certainly none of the rooms around us were updated.)
