I had a really frustrating experience. I took time off work for a scheduled appointment, but I ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes past my appointment time. The person I was supposed to see completely overlooked my appointment and wanted me to wait another hour for a walk-in. If Golden Plan Choice isn’t going to honor the appointments they set, then why bother making them in the first place?
Always great help, very knowledgeable and finds what’s best for you and your family. Extremely pleased with service.
