I have seen Dr. Anusha for a few years now and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is very thorough and provides a really calm comforting setting especially when discussing delicate topics. The reception staff are always really lovely too!
The GP's here are absolutely wonderful and I couldn't fault them in anyway. The receptionists, however, are incredibly rude and appear to have no tact when talking to people. I've had multiple bad experiences with two of the people working behind the front desk which have left me rendered speechless. Cannot comprehend how someone can be that rude and abrupt when working in customer service.
The staff when booking the appointment were lovely, arrived on time and I went straight in to see the doctor. Dr Anjana was great, looked after my little girls and let us know what to do over the next few days is she does or doesn't improve. Highly recommend
Way over priced for the care they provide. Go to the other health practitioner in Bannockburn, better service and bulk bill for minor things unlike GPMC.
Toni , massive asset to golden plains. My script was accidentally wrong and she went above and beyond after hours to help amend it. Thanks Toni again.
