Grant and the team at Golden Plains Mechanical are just fantastic. Recently they fitted a Dobinsons GVM upgrade to my hilux - the quality of the work, attention to detail and communication was so far above anything I have seen for a very long time. Such great service. I cannot recommend them more highly and would give 6 stars if that was possible
I recently needed my Toyota Hilux serviced and previously having a bad experience with another local mechanic. I decided to change and bring my Ute here for a service. Speaking to Adam, who was absolutely terrific to speak to, had energy from the start of the call, didn’t sound uninterested and in a rush he took his time to listen to what’d happened with my ute, gave me best direction into what to do and what he recommended. Grant and Matt are absolutely amazing! They helped me out on a busy Monday morning when I had an issue with my car. The issue was fixed and Matt even stayed to listen and make sure the issue was resolved!! Amazing team and definitely highly recommend.
Grant and his team did a great job for me. Had to get a heap of road worthy work done on an older 4wd. I attempted a few repairs myself (with limited access to equipment) and Grant fixed up a few of my errors while completing the rest. Very patient and very helpful. I cannot recommend Golden Plains Mechanical highly enough. I used to travel back to Melbourne, after moving to Bannockburn because I trusted my mechanic there for years. Now that I’ve found Golden Plains Mechanical, I don’t do that anymore.
