They treat people very poorly and disrespectfully. The condescending nature that their account managers take with people is disappointing. I would choose to do my financial business elsewhere if I could tell people one thing about this institution.
Terrible customer service.
Service has declined steadily since the transition from Central Star CU. I have been unable to use my credit card for over a month because of "suspicious activity" it is always "suspicious activity" but never an explanation! In order to fix this i am directed to a call center in the Phillipines where they tell me I have to give them the password to my account or they can't help me. Really? Grandmother passes away and they refuse to work with me when I'm the TOD on the title. One person says one thing and a different person says another. I've made a payment on the car over 2 weeks before due date and I get a call saying they want the car returned today! Will not refund payment made!

We purchased a car and purchased a gap insurance $899.00. We tried to cancel but we could not because it was past 30 days we refinanced and now we are out the $899.00. Our new Credit Union change us only half of what GPCU wanted. Do not use GPCU gap insurance.
Canceled entire box of checks without permission and then refused to pay overdraft fees while $ sat in our acct. Refuses to send tax information for a house we no longer have a loan on, so our taxes are incorrect each year.
