My name is George renox. I had my car fixed at golden Pacific. I just want you to know the work. There was fantastic. The staff was very helpful. Especially the secretary, she kept me abreast of what was going on. Anybody see this? I want you to know get Gabby, a call and the owner there was up front with me about things. Avoid this automotive shop at all cost! They have terrrible billing practices and inflate part prices by %500 (see image). The clutch kit needed for my 2018 Honda EX Coupe runs about $700-$1000. The labor is also marked up by %100 (see image). This is a CarMax approved vendor, so becareful when choosing a good place.
So I had my trunk button on my car get pushed in and these guys took care of me. The price was good and they had me in and out in a couple of hours (I was even a walk in with no call ahead)! They are very professional and polite and I highly recommend them for any kind of repairs you may need!
I live in the neighborhood and can’t recommend them enough! So fast, very kind and easily explained what I needed and how to take care of my car! Spanish and English speaking.
