This place is truly incredible. I had to rush my piggy to the vet who ended up having heart failure. The medication to help save her was called into this pharmacy and the vet asked how soon they could fill it. It was 3pm, they closed at 5 and they said yes, we're on it. I was so blown away and extremely grateful for their sense of urgency and to help save her. When I arrived, he was so thorough in explaining the medication. Golden Pet Rx came through when the "big pharmacies" could not. Our patient was prescribed emergency, life-sustaining medications. Chewey.com, Costco Pet Meds and others estimated 5+ days to compound one medication and fulfill the others. Our patient would not have survived that delay. "April" diligently facilitated our order from start to finish. The entire package was delivered to us, over 30 miles away, by close of business the next day. I just learned of Golden Pet Pharmacy. I had to order multiple compound medications from them for my little dog. We have used 2 other compounding pharmacies out of state and I can say that Golden Pet has gone above and beyond what these other pharmacies have. Speaking with different techs, they have been so patient and informative. If they didnt have an answer they put me on a brief hold to get the answer. Amazing service. Was able to get a RX in a day after spending a week trying to find a pharmacy that carried my dogs meds. Price was affordable and pharmacy even checked on my dog after medication was sold. Thank you golden pet rx!
