Kind and supportive staff. Mary at the desk is infinitely patient and a calming presence. Dr. Balendran is patient, informative, and caring. Best vet clinic in the East Bay. It’s also usually possible to get an appointment the same day or at the very least within the next day or two. I’ve brought both a dog and cats here. We’ve had specific illnesses (UTI, URI, etc.), dental cleaning, and end of life care. Great service for each.

Both my Siberian Husky and my Husky/GSD mix go to Golden Paws, great service, would recommend.
So far so good. I have been to three vets in the area. It's interesting how prices vary so much for the same services in the same area. I like the staff here and they always get us in the office in a timely manner. I would love if the cytopoint injection was cheaper like the other vet.
