While the room was big in size, and the staff were friendly, there was old blood stains on the sheets and towels were small and crispy. Not soft at all. Not too mention no Netflix. The room was a discounted price, so effectively you get what you pay for. Really great location.
By reputation I believe this to be a clean establishment in an ideal location though if entering from the North , take care in turning right ( to West ) for motel entry
John and Lynne have been lovely. Wonderful to deal with, accommodating, excellent location and very suitable rooms. Many thanks also to @mannyfoods for the late night hot chocolate
