Horrible location! Poorly managed. Homes in this park include many very old ones that should be placed on the "condemned" list.Getting in and out of this park is a nightmare. The traffic on Folsom Blvd is so bad that you have to play car dodge just to get into and out of it. Being located between Folsom Blvd and Hwy 50 means that the air quality is always terrible!The park has the look and feel of a poor/trash community. Noisy neighbors...noisy vehicles makes living here a bad dream.

I wish all Managers were as friendly as these.They are curtious, respectfull, caring people.Wish we lived there instead of where we are now.The grounds are always so nice, yards and homes well kept.My husband and I went through this park and were very impressed and also spoke with the Managers by phone, what sweet people.Thank You for your help.SincerelyRobin
