I've been going to Golden Palace for years. It's comfort-food Chinese at its best. Their fried rice is the best around - the meat isn't dry and it's got a lot of flavor. The cold sesame noodles are addictive. They have all the standard dishes you would expect plus a few extra. I tried their tilapia in black bean sauce and it was really yummy. I called to place an order for delivery (their website says they deliver). The man that answered the phone was extremly rude. After telling me they don't deliver he asked me my name and where I was from. When I told hime he said we never deliver there and I would have to pick it up...and then he just hung up on me. I was going to order anyway and pick it up but after he so rudly hung up on me I fiured he must be rich and doesn't need the business so I went somewhere else. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Their website states that they offer delivery service so we called to order takeout for delivery. The total was $60 and we planned on giving a nice tip to the driver cos it's really hot outside. Anyway, when we called to place the order, the person on the phone was VERY RUDE and hung up as soon as we mentioned having the food delivered. In the past we have gone there for sit down lunches and spent tons of money. But those days are now over. Our group (from a local LARGE company) will never darken their door again. Got take out, not very good food. Restaurant looked nice inside, but I really didn't enjoy this lunch.
