great bunch of gals. personal and knowledgeable. I used to pay less to get my stuff from superstore, but the customer service here is totally worth the few extra dollars. from frame selection, setup on my face and the eye exam itself was great. highly recommend.
From reception to examination to glasses fitting, my experience was excellent. Friendly, efficient and the glasses were excellent.
I had such a wonderful experience with all the staff here. Very friendly and they were happy to show off their super cool socks with little glasses on them! While on vacation, I had ripped my last pair of contact lenses and forgot to pack spares. Called the clinic, had a quick chat with Sarah, then went in the next day to pick them up! She was caring, professional, and concise. She even left a note for the morning shift that I would be in a few minutes before opening to pick up my order
