This was our first time staying at Bolivar and we enjoyed every minute of it! Ted was very helpful and guided us through the process. The property was VERY clean and spacious. We had access to the beach and walked there every morning and evening just relaxing and getting away from the business of Houston. The residents in the gated community were very friendly and from what we saw, they were all familes like us which is what we wanted instead of too many younger college kids partying all hours of the night like in other plac... read more
