Worst Customer Service – I bought a Group-on for a facial, and it took an act of God to get the woman to answer my calls and allow me to make an appointment with her. When I finally got my appointment for a Saturday morning she called me 45 minutes beforehand to cancel it. She offered no apology. It has been weeks, and she has never called me back to reschedule. Not too happy – I bought a groupon for this spa earlier this year. I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to be able to use it! However, I have called numerous times to make an appt but they NEVER EVER answer! I have left messages and I have email them as well. I never got any response. I guess I just have to drive all the way to Georgetown to make the appt!? This is really sad!! They may do good massages/body wraps but I may never get the chance to go and see for myself. This is a pretty sad way to run a business!
Love it!!! – My fiance just happens to work with Jay at her other job and thats how I found her. I am so glad I did to cause she is the best massage therapist ever and she knows how to make someone feel welcome and comfortable. I am a CNA so I need a massage every so often and she knows how to get the job done. :) I don't think I'll ever go to another spa after going to her. :)
Best Massage Therapist Ever! – I discovered the spa by chance when my husband gave me a package for Christmas a few years ago. Who knew the real gift was Janette. "Jay" is the best massage therapist that has ever worked on me--and I've had plenty of massages since a wreck in '05. Her rates are very fair and her massages are consistently fantastic and effective. I'm sure she must be a natural "healer" as I always leave an appointment fully relaxed, refreshed, and ready to take on the world again.

Golden Oaks Day Spa is a Wonderful Experience – I have been a client at the Golden Oaks Day Spa almost since they opened. Jay, the owner, gives wonderful massages. Nail and waxing services have been great too. You will feel totally pampered when you leave Golden Oaks. I highly recommend you give them a try. They are just a little way off I-35 in Georgetown and easy to find. I am so glad I found this business.
