These apartments are the absolute worst. So ghetto, they never fix anything and the maintenance man Victor runs around and terrorizes the tenants. The landlord says no pets while she has 2 cats and kept an open apartment for the feral cats she found. They are rude and unkind and will illegally threaten an eviction written in misspelled words whenever they decide to make new rules. Find a different property and pay the extra cost, this place is NOT worth the price.

investigate Victor the maintenance guy. he came pounding on my door one night when my husband was at work and tried to intimidate me and his body language was aggressive and trying to put himself in my doorway. he was very creepy. my husband told me that Victor had asked to see a picture of me before meeting me because he "liked to see the women that lived in the complex."
These apartments are the actual worst. My boyfriend and I have been looking for a place to stay and are avoiding these apartments at all costs. The “landlord”, Victor, stalks his tenants, changes the contract on a dime for no reason (park in guest parking for more than 15 minutes and you will be towed), and will COME INTO YOUR APARTMENT WITH OUT PERMISSION OR NOTICE. He lies about situations, has written “parking tickets” with misspellings and backwards “e’s” and is quite frankly insane. Do not live here. It’s not worth it.
