After living here for 15 years, I can confidently say: look elsewhere. The infrastructure is completely abandoned; the plumbing hasn't been maintained since the 1970s, and the cabinets are in terrible condition—chipped, dilapidated, and foul-smelling. One of the worst apartments. Everything is broken down and the maintenance guy named Victor is the worst running like he owns the complex with horrible attitude.
These apartments are the absolute worst. So ghetto, they never fix anything and the maintenance man Victor runs around and terrorizes the tenants. The landlord says no pets while she has 2 cats and kept an open apartment for the feral cats she found. They are rude and unkind and will illegally threaten an eviction written in misspelled words whenever they decide to make new rules. Find a different property and pay the extra cost, this place is NOT worth the price.
