I just spent $1500 removing an illegal dump of garbage mulch from Golden Oak Tree Service. The request was for wood chips via Chip Drop and they claimed to be Roy's Trees. They dumped palm tree waste and blocked a public road and my car--creating a safety hazard and terrible inconvenience for me and the elderly disabled neighbor further up the street.
