Going through the car wash broke my windshield wipers off which I get was an accident, a worker went in and found one of mine and a few others that weren't mine so wipers coming off in the car wash isn't uncommon but the customer service after filling out the incident report was terrible and they refused to reimburse me for having to buy new wipers and said they would look for the other broken one again and give it back to me and when I asked "What good would that do?" The woman hung up on me.
Messed up my car and they made me wait 20 minutes just for them to hand me a form to claim the damage. Terrible.
