Entered without damage left with a huge scrape and small indent on the side of the rental car I was returning minutes later. Literally so upset. I can’t even wrap my head around what could have done it. Something malfunctioning? I got jostled around a lot maybe something is wrong and should be maintained. Ugh.
I would recommend never going to this car wash. In like a two week span I had two accidents in this car wash, the same issue both times. I dont know specifically what the issue is, but your car ends up just being thrown into the car in front of you at the end. Today, the car behind me hit me also. I tried to not brake because I know you aren't supposed to, but after hitting the car in front of me twice I had no choice. Awful!!!! I go to this car wash several times a month and every single time I am concerned that I’m going to hit the car in front of me because they always allow cars to get so close and today thankfully my car only tapped the front car and it didn’t do damage, but I was in such a panic that the car in back of me was then going to hit into me! Never again will I return.
