This Hadley location car wash scraped the paint and emblems off my vehicle and never reimbursed me for the damage. The manager told me to file a claim with my insurance and that it’s out of his jurisdiction when it was the Hadley location car wash that he manages, that damaged my vehicle. They will do anything to avoid accountability.
They never fix their self-service bays. Time to re invest what you are taking from us
They took great care of us and went the extra mile for myself and my vehicle.
I decided to use the self wash in the back, no soap in the bush, pressure was weak and I was charged $10 for 7min of trying to wash my car! NEVER AGAIN
Employees on 3/17/25 at 3 pm did not care about safety and adequate spacing between cars. Car brakes in front of me I honked many times for employees shut down roller conveyor system.. Their response was delayed inches away from unnecessary collision. Their sloppy work, not spraying cars prior to carwash, and lack of safety in a concern, maybe retraining??
