Damage and no customer service! I went through the carwash and came out with a golf ball sized dent and scratch down to bare metal. I showed the employee working at the time, he took my info, and he said someone would follow up with me on Monday (this was on a Saturday). No one followed up. I called and left messages twice at the location and once at the main office over the following week; never received any response. I'll be following up with my lawyer next.
I went to the car wash for the sole purpose of washing the salt off the undercarriage of my truck. I paid premium for the wash in order to do so… not a drop of water touched a single component of the underside of my vehicle. Cmon fellas… you have thousands of people relying on you after these storms and if this is what we’re doing that isn’t fair.
This place is horrible. 4 of the 5 self serve wash stations don’t work. End of brush ripped off and the one that does work has no soap. The full service is expensive and no one dries car and again I don’t think they use a lot of soap. Total rip off and I would never ever go here again
