I've been using this since they opened many years ago. Over the past few years, the reliability has gone downhill. No longer can you go through the car wash and be satisfied with the cleanliness. Vehicle is always still dirty. Shame.
Waste of time. Went to wash my car by hand. New brush, but no soap would come out, so just a rinse, spray with soap, and then spray with wax, but no spot free rinse either, so now I've got a semi clean vehicle covered with water spots. Then to top it all off while rinsing again, they cut me off at $12, so you have to pay the minimum $5 again. Go to Gardiner or Winthrop.
Tried the self wash and wasted $10. The brush didn't work, the pressure washer pressure wasn’t that great, and the soap barely came out. Few other selections didn't work at all. $10 just to get the car wet… what a joke
Been visiting for months, 1st they messed up my charges, charged 2 different prices, had that resolved, then on May 6th, their equipment caused major damage to my vehicle in the auto wash, spoke with manager did the incident report, took 2 weeks for someone to contact me after multiple artempts, told yhey would review the video footage and call me back, today is June 12th, i have called every day this week, no one returns my calls. Came here to vacuum my car and get a self serve wash. Only 1 out of 7 vacuums worked. Then I went to the self wash and it was extremely dirty. While I was rinsing my car I switch to soap to you know, clean my car and there were no soap. I ended my service early and instead of being charged the $5 I was notified they charged $10 to my account. Definitely will not be coming back.
