AWFUL! They absolutely 100% scratched my car then denied they didnt because "no one else complained that day, and they checked the video" Took them almost 2 weeks to come to this decision and, I had to contact them again to get an answer that they said would be 3-5 days. YET, when I asked to see the video I was told by the Regional manager I would have to get a subpoena or file an insurance claim. This is by far the worst car wash in the area. Almost every time I come here, I end up waiting around 15 minutes as the only car in line while the attendant is inside the gas station doing who knows what. That’s exactly what happened again tonight at 6:30. The attendant finally ran out of the gas station 15 minutes later holding a hot dog, waved me in, pressed the wash button, and then went right back inside to look at his phone. Just used the free introductory car wash at the Oxford ME site. Car looked great. The best part was that my front window was not smeared afterwards. I do not know what level of wash the free one was but I will ask the next time I go.
