Older man with white hair funny and down to earth great attitude on Sunday, that's pretty good
The lot gets quite busy and is sometimes annoying to enter and leave.

Decent enough, but hard water and soap spots on the vehicle after wash. I like that there is an attendant on duty while open and not a "self-serve" type operation.
