Went to the car wash pulled in making an awful screeching/scratching noise.The attendant just kept telling me to keep coming forward. He said it was making the sound because I had brand new tires. When I inspected the tires, the rims had scratches and a gouge in the front rim. Went back to get the QR code to report the incident and all I got from Sean the manager saying that wouldn’t have happened/ that’s what happens with new tires again. Not the best car wash, but also not the worst
This car wash beat the daylight's out of my car and took off roof molding on the passenger side. Tried calling several times and no answer after they tried to sell me a monthly membership. I would not recommend this place. UPDATE: the people who own this franchise are scummy individuals. I filed an incident report after this car wash did $300 in damages to my car and they're telling me it's my fault because something might have been loose when it's a brand new car and I have all the paperwork for the full presale inspection.... read more
Came in aug 9th 2025 at 7 the young man working was too busy on his phone to even say hello. Just waved me through and took my receipt. They don’t scrub your tires they don’t pre soak your car you’re paying for a small short machine wash. The only benefit is the free vacuum.
