Went to the car wash pulled in making an awful screeching/scratching noise.The attendant just kept telling me to keep coming forward. He said it was making the sound because I had brand new tires. When I inspected the tires, the rims had scratches and a gouge in the front rim. Went back to get the QR code to report the incident and all I got from Sean the manager saying that wouldn’t have happened/ that’s what happens with new tires again.
