Was traveling south from Killington Vermont with maybe an inch snow and ice on the car and the car wash did not thoroughly clean the vehicle
Gardner mass location is horrible. Wash leaves marks all over the car and the staff is the worst. Won't be going back.
My car was damaged in this car wash at the leominster location . I submitted a claim, supplied pictures, and a video. The damage is in a specific area in a line like fashion synonymous with car wash damage with no other way this could actually occur. I had been a customer for 5 years or more on and off at multiple locations. Beware of this car wash. I strongly recommend using another local car wash. We recently went through this car wash about a month ago and part of the car wash broke and smashed my windshield as we were going through it. See pictures. It’s now been a month and the corporate office has not paid for the damage and time and effort it’s caused us to get the car fixed. Each time we follow up with the location they say the corporate office has not responded to them. I find this unacceptable and caution anyone using this car wash.
I wash my truck daily and the pass is a great value. However utilizing the greenfield car wash is the most frustrating waste of time. The staff there is rude. I ask them to put the bug juice on my grille and the backs of my mirrors before I pull nearly all the way inside the car wash yet they refuse. Instead they pull me all the way inside spray the most inadequate amount of bug juice and or degreaser they can and then rush my truck through the wash. The results are in the photos I’ve submitted.
