I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent visit to your car wash. While I was very impressed with the service for my F-150 when you first opened, my experience today was disappointing, Golden Wash package. After returning home, I noticed a significant amount of dirt remaining on the hood and tailgate, which I had to clean myself with a wet towel. Additionally, the free vacuums had very little suction power; it took several passes to pick up loose debris from my carpets and rubber mats. I hope you find this feedback ... read more
This is a great place to get your car washed, and I highly recommend trying it out. I visited on June 11th, 2026, with my aunt, who lives in Connecticut, to get her 2026 BMW X5 washed. I was very impressed with the results.
First time customer. I was so impressed by the service I received from Sean. He was so knowledgeable, informative and friendly that I go back just because he made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend this business. Thank you Sean for the wonderful service you provided !
Been going to this car wash on and off for a year or two, just recently resubscribed for the unlimited pass. I park my car under a tree that leaves a lot of sap and residue on my vehicle. My most recent visits I've had Shawn as the attendant and he gives the best service (not to say the other workers aren't also good) but Shawn was attentive to my car not being clean after the first wash and joked about how I must've under a tree.
