Something is wrong with this design, and multiple cars have been damaged. the car wash knows this is a major problem and they Deny Insurance Claims , I suggest everyone cancel their membership, this car wash causes permeant damage. Take photographs and contact a lawyer & your insurance company.
I think this place has been opened now for a good long time. I have a membership here for a monthly pass. Lately I’ve noticed dirty smudging on my windshield and paint, and it’s all over my truck. The car wash brushes and cloth hanging cleaning material is old , dirty, and grimy. I sent corporate a message to inform them of this unacceptable condition for paying customers, who expect to clean their vehicles correctly. Still waiting to hear back.
