Golden Nozzle Car Wash ripped off my rear wiper and damaged the wiper arm and then denied the claim. Details below. I did a basic car wash last week. Afterwards I noticed on my way home that the rear windshield wiper blade was missing. The next day I drove by the car wash and asked the attendant, if they had found my wiper blade by chance. They had and my wiper blade was handed back to me. So far so good.
