Was pretty great when it first opened. I loved smelling the hot wax! The vacuums always worked great. Fast and friendly service. My last visit I noticed my white vehicle came out with black grease on the back hatch and other areas from the equipment. The past few visits haven't been the best washes. I canceled my monthly sub and will probably stick to self washing. The idea of under carriage wash during Maine winters is great but not if my vehicle is going to come out streaked in black gobs of grease.
I pay for a monthly subscription (the one that's like 30.00 per month). 2 days in a row I've come for a carwash and they're closed. Feel like I'm paying for a subscription I can't use! The salt on Maine rds will eat away at your car so it's crucial to wash regularly so your car doesn't rot away. I'm paying for a service then I have to go and pay for a carwash elsewhere or waste my gas going to another location in hopes they are open! Absolutely ridiculous!
