Damage and no customer service! I went through the carwash and came out with a golf ball sized dent and scratch down to bare metal. I showed the employee working at the time, he took my info, and he said someone would follow up with me on Monday (this was on a Saturday). No one followed up. I called and left messages twice at the location and once at the main office over the following week; never received any response. I'll be following up with my lawyer next.

Great customer service here. Always clean. I like how you just roll out (down the slope @ end of wash) when the wash is over because of how the location is set up
