Everytime i go to the one on Amherst street all i can smell is this horrible rotten egg smell while i am going thru the car wash. The nastiest car wash i have ever been to. The broad street location is so much better.
Young lady with piercings and hat is the rudest most unprofessional staff ever. She could’ve kept her insults to herself, even my wife was astonished how rude she was. I can’t even buy a car wash membership with dignity here. Guy there who is presumably the owner just handed me a pamphlet and said call corporate to complain. I didn’t like how this was handled, never returning to this location.
