RecommendedI am not sure what the gentleman’s name is, but the last two times I have been in there he has done an astounding job at making my car wash experience a good one. He takes the time to scrub the back of my van, he always has a smile on and he goes the extra mile for the customers. Highly recommend. So refreshing to see someone enjoying their job and making the customer feel important.

Dirty, unmaintained, unreliable, mis-managed. Just a few words that come to mind. I have been doing business with this establishment for 10+ years. In the last year and a half or so, the car wash has gone down hill. The golden nozzle deal is a great value, if you can get a good consistent wash. I have used some of the other locations, especially Lewiston, Me. Always get a good wash there. Auburn is definitely at the bottom of the list. I went this morning around 8 no line at all I paid for a $20 wash and tipped $3 and I couldn't believe the lack of prep work I came out with one of the worst car washes I've ever seen I worked in the industry for 6 yrs so I get it if there is a line certainly push me through but probably won't be back
