Excellent car wash, my car always comes out clean. Good location and seem well organized. They can get busy on a nice day so choose your time carefully or you'll have a wait.
Went through this wash on Sunday, Feb 1, and this was the result. I noticed in the wash that the brushes were covered in ice and left my side mirrors iced over, indicating zero hot water usage. I spoke with the staff immediately afterward, and they told me to submit an online claim. I did exactly that. I waited the 3-5 days and after numerous calls and emails the manager finally called me back only to say that my car “went into the wash fine, just like the other 700 cars.” Honestly, that’s a pretty lousy excuse.
