I’ve been to this salon three times — which means I gave them more than enough chances to fix their mistakes. Unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. Their customer service is extremely unprofessional, and their knowledge of builder gel is very limited. The first time I went, my nails were done poorly. Today, my friend and I wanted to get our nails done. While we were getting them done, the staff kept talking to each other in their own language — which we understand is their right — but if they had nothing bad to say, they could have spoken in a way we could understand too. We could tell they were pointing out physical things about our appearances, which we can’t control, and it made us feel uncomfortable.
