I've been going to Golden Nail since 2007. If you're a regular you know sometimes they get short staffed and they'll have anyone in there doing service. I went on October 14, 2015 to get a pedi, mani, and brows. I usually prefer Mary but she was booked, I didn't want to wait long so I let this older man do my Pedicure. It was the worst pedicure I've ever had and I been getting them for years. He did nothing right. I have been going to Golden Nails for 5-6 years and Mary would do a great job on my eyebrows. I have referred several people to Golden Nails and always got complimented on my eyebrows. On May 16th MARY dropped a large amount of HOT WAX in my hair and begin to frantically remove the wax from my hair by pulling my hair out. She didn't even tell me she messed up.
