i had an acrylic nail removed and when he removed It I started to bleed he then proceeded to place the tip of a bottle with blue solution in to directly to the blood then putting the cap back on and placing it back in the basket (gross) after he proceeded to continue with the nail like nothing ever happened I asked if I should wash my hands and he said no it would be fine. Worst experience ever! I went there just wanting a regular full set the woman instead gave me white tips with gel and before she would finish the nails forced me to pay. I wouldn't have minded but she cut my cuticles and then proceeded to keep putting alcohol on them. I will never go back there. Needless to say my nails weren't even done right they were cut uneven and everything.
Excellent service! Very nice and helpful! We go in all the time! My 7 year old daughter loves it there! They are very very friendly and sweet to the children! My services have always been fantastic! A++ Even if there was a problem, they would gladly fix it! For sure!
One of the worse experience of getting my nails done. I got a full set of acrylics with white tips (french). The gentleman finished them too thick i asked him to make them thinner and he laughed at me proceeded to talk to his co worker in Vietnamese talking about me. He cut my cuticles while doing my nails and was constantly stopping to check his phone. My friend had a refill and asked for color pink tips the lady painted her whole nail pink.
