I went in with inspo and they said that they can do it so I was like okay and I didn’t get what I wanted it was a guy who did my nails and I hated it he was terrible he never engaged in a conversation so bad costumer service here is my inspo vs my nails
Walked in for a pedicure and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. Technician took their time and was extremely thorough. Enjoyed my experience and would definitely return!
I recently visited for a combo service, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The technician (male) seemed rushed and impatient throughout the process. After the service, it took almost an hour for my nails to dry. I had to request a fan myself, and while it was eventually handed over, the response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Great service as ever. Friendly and accommodating staffs especially Kevin Whenever Kevin does my nails , I never had to worry and I can just watch my series because He really does the job well.
I PAID 60 BUCKS FOR A SLANTED NAIL!!! UGH! EXPENSIVE AND BAD SERVICE! 🤬
