Stay away. My 12 year old and her friend went. Charged them $100 each for gel x. Took total advantage of young girls. When I called I pretended to ask an inquiry. Got quoted $70 for the same gel x my daughter had done. When I told them what they charged my kid they stammered and stuttered and kept changing the story. Totally ripped off my kid and the manager was suppose to call back and I never heard from them again. Awful customer service and not cool taking advantage of young girls.
I went in with inspo and they said that they can do it so I was like okay and I didn’t get what I wanted it was a guy who did my nails and I hated it he was terrible he never engaged in a conversation so bad costumer service here is my inspo vs my nails
Walked in for a pedicure and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. Technician took their time and was extremely thorough. Enjoyed my experience and would definitely return!
I recently visited for a combo service, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The technician (male) seemed rushed and impatient throughout the process. After the service, it took almost an hour for my nails to dry. I had to request a fan myself, and while it was eventually handed over, the response felt dismissive and unprofessional.
