Nails come out fire every time. Good and professional service with complimentary beverages. Doesn't matter who does my nails I love them. Pedicure service is also clean and fast. Tell them what you want and they deliver.
I got gel manicure 6 days ago and many nails have already chipped. The polish also got dull and scratched out within a day. My nails were not shaped properly, the polish was uneven. This is my first time here as I recently moved to this area but I guess I will never go here again. Feeling scammed, if I wanted polish that would chip in 6 days, I would have applied it myself at home. Imagine paying around $50 + tip for this kind of pathetic job. I went in for a manicure and pedicure on August 18th. My big toe was immediately feeling sore but I didn’t think much of it, but by the next evening it was extremely sore and swollen, and looked like this. A month later, I’ve now had to go to the doctor twice to have this checked and lanced, and am on my second round of antibiotics. It’s taking forever to heal. I usually come to the nail shop but it will be my last time. I was overcharged for my service…I got a basic pedicure with NO NAIL POLISH and was supposed to be charged $39 dollars. when i go to pay the girl who sits in the front changes it and charges me $44 dollars. The lady who did my pedicure not only didn’t speak english, she was ripping skin from my toe nail very aggressively. i tried telling her to stop and it took me multiple times and telling other associates that work there to tell her to not be so rough. won’t be g... read more
