Had a good experience, Mahmoud was so nice, he kept in contact, held my subaru for me, & kept his word. There was a mirror issue & lane departure warning & he ordered a new mirror & fixed the warning as promised, it took a week to get the correct one but he held it for me until fixed. I was out of state & unable to travel 7 hours with health issues to drive the car myself so he sent a video of everything I asked for & him driving it so I could see it. DO NOT EVER GET A CAR HERE. I ASKED THE DEALER MULTIPLE TIMES IF ANYTHING WAS WRONG WITH THIS CAR BEFORE I ARRIVED. THEY ADVISED ME OVER AND OVER AGAIN THAT THE BACK WINDOWS DIDN'T GO DOWN AND THAT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS OKAY. THE CAR IS A LEMON. Dealership had vehicle inspected after I gave them my intent to buy. I suspect they had someone simply slap the stickers on. No way this passed inspection. Brake pads did not have any material left. Even before we found this, we found the battery was 8 years old, water pump was leaking and heater/ac blend doors are broken. I realize the vehicle is as-is but letting a vehicle off your lot that isn’t safe is kinda where I stop overlooking the as-is clause.
