Great tea, and when I tried the suchong and hated it, they gave me my money back. We've gone through four pounds of the chai over the years, and the vanilla jasmine is amazing, but very finicky to brew and only good for one infusion.
I like their tea...I LOATH their customer service. Not the best support I've ever encountered, and needs some work.
