FRAUD. No stars. AVOID!!!!! We called this company in to fix a slide out repair. The guy spent exactly 8 minutes explaining how "its all in our imagination" and "this is how its supposed to be". 2 days later we went to the dealership and they immediately spotted a broken cog wheel, slide misalignment and 1 inch gap around the entire perimeter. Luke is the man! We were stranded for 24 hours and had AAA come and help us to look at any battery issues. It seemed they had missed a loose negative on a battery switch we had on our motorhome. Luke sorted it in less than two mins. He was booked out two weeks but was able to get us in that afternoon. He was a life saver! He got us on our way and also diagnosed a faulty radiator cap which was causing us to over heat. Highly recommend!
While camping at the city RV Park in Golden, I accidentally bent one of the arms for my camp trailer’s awning and was unable to retract it. As it was late evening, my wife sent emails to several Mobile RV repair companies in the area and we had a very stressful night. Luke was excellent with timely communication for scheduling and attention to detail and thoroughness during service for our slide out. He left no stone unturned troubleshooting our RV issues and I was very happy with the end result and service provided.
