I have been trying to confirm an appointment for 8 days by email and by phone. The phone line is deactivated (auto message saying not active then hangs up) and the admins aren't responding to email. What is going on!?
They won't answer if I call from my cell phone. I usually have to borrow someone's phone or I call in from work. Idk why but I assume it's because I've kept my phone number from Ontario. I've never encountered this issue elsewhere and see other comments also mentioning the lack of phone response and wonder if the also have non local numbers.
I’ve called 10+ times on separate occasions to try to settle an invoice I received from this clinic. I was told I paid in full when I initially went to the clinic and then received an invoice with no description 3 months later. There is no way to pay this invoice without speaking on the phone with a representative, yet it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. Meanwhile the invoice is accruing interest. This should be considered malpractice.
