Bad customer service!! Tricking to get you to their location. I called in to make an appointment for 1 hour full body, the lady says come in, no need for appointment. Drove from Irvine to this place, then she says, oh! We are booked, we can only do 30 minutes. Total waste of time.

I visited Golden Spa to try a new place for a massage, but it was such a disappointment. First, the therapist left the door open during the session. Second, there was no relaxing music—just a faint sound coming from the front area. Most importantly, the person clearly wasn’t a trained masseuse. She didn’t know what she was doing and even claimed that deep massage shouldn’t involve any oil. The massage therapist was highly professional, skillfully relieving pain in my back, lower back, and shoulders. Shiatsu at its finest—I highly recommend her!
