Horrible customer service.
I have no idea how this store stays open. They treated me like I was an imposition and they didn't want to sell anything? There were two people present, one I assume is the owner. I told them I'm not familiar with wigs since I've always had my hair in long dreads or braids with extensions, but due to cancer treatment, I recently lost all my hair. TAKE YOUR BUISNESS ELSEWHERE UNLESS U WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED⚠️⚠️ The owner is extremely EXTREMELY rude and does not know how to speak to other people in a polite or kind manner. It is insane how she runs a buisness with the nasty attitude she has towards customers. TO THE OWNER: you need to learn how to speak to people nicely, especially if you want customers to come back. Your behaviour is unacceptable and fails at making your buisness welcoming and comfortable to customers, and EVERYONE AGREES!!!
