RecommendedI can not put into words how THANKFUL I am for the nurses at Pin Oaks. They were amazing, caring, and so helpful. Mom was there a very short time but they felt like family by the time it was over. They are TRUE HERO'S!! I told my kids they better pick Pin Oaks for my nursing home. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR THE EXCELLENT CARE YOU PROVIDED MOTHER. God Bless All of You and stay safe!!
they didn't take care of my grandma at all. they are the biggest reason she passed away!! she was constantly getting sick there and they would wait til it got really bad to notify family!! they refused to get her up out of bed they refused to reposition her in bed!! hell most mornings they would bring her tray in her room and just sit it on her lap and not wake her to tell her it was breakfast time!! they didn't do proper skin care on her lotion and all she was always dry peely skin. they would give her narcs to shut her up ... read more
