The nursing staff tries to do a good job for the most part, but they are crippled by a company that mandates that they cut their staff down to the bare minimum. Golden Living Centers are ALL ABOUT MAKING MONEY. They are in this to turn a profit. Look at the building compared to other facilities. The rooms are small, no in-room phone service provided (The family has to make arrangements with the phone company) Someone who worked in the kitchen told me that they spend like 2.00 a day per person on food.
