I was recently there visiting a loved one, a person I do not have any legal power over, otherwise they would not be in this dump. Some of the lowest and recent reviews are accurate. I have reported this facility and have gotten no results. My plan is to report them again to the board of health. Next, maybe I will contact the media. I have documented evidence of neglect and filth. Shut it down.
I know the administrator of this facility personally! He goes above and beyond to service everyone in his care. Thank you for all you do, Keep up the great work!
I know the new administrator. He is one of the most honest and kind people I ever met, and is extremely devoted to making this center amazing for all residents.
I've been a resident at the phoenix center for about 5 months and this is the worst place I've ever been at...the workers laugh and are not professional and I've experienced bullying here and the food is barely edible. I'm planning to leave ASAP and I figure I'm better off on the streets than I am at this place. Don't bring your loved ones here please.
